Junior Teams

Junior Team (Ages 8-12):

Focusing on basic skills and teamwork, participants engage in recreational activities like kickball, soccer, and softball, with introductory sessions in volleyball and tennis to build a strong athletic foundation and instill early values of faith and community.

Varsity Teams

Varsity Team (Ages 13-17):
The Varsity Team is designed for teens ready to take on a more competitive edge. This category offers structured training in sports such as volleyball, basketball, tennis, golf, soccer, and football. Emphasis is placed on leadership, discipline, and holistic development—integrating rigorous athletic training with Christian principles to foster both personal growth and teamwork.

Elite Teams

Elite Team (Ages 16 and Up):
For athletes who demonstrate exceptional talent and a commitment to excellence, the Elite Team provides advanced, high-performance training. Focused on sports like football, basketball, soccer, and volleyball, this category prepares participants for collegiate or professional competition through specialized conditioning, tactical mentoring, and an unwavering commitment to spiritual and moral development.

At H.I.S. CATS, we develop well-rounded athletes across three key categories: our Junior Team, Varsity Team, and Elite Team. Our program combines rigorous training and Christian values with a commitment to family, church, and community fun. Through engaging team sports, we bring together Christian athletes and like-minded individuals to create a supportive environment that fosters leadership, teamwork, and holistic growth both on and off the field.
